Your area of responsibility:
- Monitoring project budgets
- Participating in budget calculation and cost control
- Managing variance and root cause analyses in close collaboration with the project, manufacturing and controlling department
- Providing project data and figures for corporate planning processes and periodic financial statements
- Supporting internal project risk management
- Developing concepts, methods and tools to standardize project controlling
- Managing dunning procedures in coordination with accounting and project management
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing invoices (deadlines) as a basis for project liquidity
- Supporting project managers with ongoing project controlling
- Preparing post-calculations upon project completion
Your profile:
- Commercial education and/or a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Independent and responsible work ethic
- High affinity in numbers
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in project controlling is desirable
- Ideally experience in yacht interior construction
- Good English language skills
