Your area of responsibility:
- Preparation of surfaces for high-quality finishes (grinding, filling, priming, bleaching and retouching)
- Painting of furniture and interior fittings made from various materials (wood, metal, plastic, solid surfaces etc.)
- Application of various painting techniques in the field of furniture and interior construction
- Development and optimization of painting processes and workflows
- Opportunity to contribute to the creation of special finishes (e. g. metallic effects, concrete looks, effect coatings)
- Close collaboration with production and planning teams to implement customized client requests
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as an automotive painter (m/f/d) or cabinetmaker (m/f/d), ideally with relevant experience in furniture finishing or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in painting, preferably in the furniture or interior construction sector
- High standards of quality with a careful and structured approach to work
- Extensive knowledge of materials and experience with various paints and spraying techniques
- Creativity and an interest in innovative surface solutions are an advantage
- Team spirit, initiative and enthusiasm for exciting projects
